For Summer 2023 Sandwich partnered with Oatly! to create a unique world around the Ice-Cream Sandwich. An optimistic, fun and cheerful issue exploring Ice Cream highs, featuring Benny Blanco on the cover and a special Oatly Branded Content Series.
Our Sandwich magazine launch in London and Amsterdam, presented in partnership with Oatly! to make it all sweeter, truly took the cake – or rather, the ice cream!
Our team worked tirelessly to create an atmosphere that was as vibrant and exciting as the content within our magazines. Two iconic cities, London and Amsterdam, as the backdrop for these unforgettable gatherings. The stage was set, and we were ready to share our passion for storytelling and creativity.
Music has a unique ability to unite and uplift, and our DJ sets did just that. We curated a lineup of local talent that ranged from soulful acoustic melodies to high-energy beats with Pato from Hidden Sounds in London and Boj Tieman in Amsterdam.
Our events were all about indulgence – both for the mind and the palate. Attendees were greeted with the sweet aroma of freshly churned ice cream, generously offered by Oatly!. As the sun dipped below the city skylines, guests savoured their favorite flavours, mingling and sharing stories over complimentary ice-cold beers and cocktails.
Of course, the star of the evenings was our freshly minted magazine. As guests flipped through the pages, they discovered stories, art, and ideas that captivated their minds. Even if you couldn't attend, you can still explore the pages.
Both events exceeded all expectations. They were a celebration of creativity, a testament to the power of community, and a showcase of the boundless possibilities when culture, art and food collide. We were humbled by the enthusiastic response from our attendees, who embraced our mission to foster creativity and connection.
They were more than just gatherings; they were a celebration of the vibrant and diverse communities that make our cities so special.
